Being a mortgage broker for many years has given me knowledge in lending to FTHB (first time home buyers) and clients who have difficulty in qualifying for a mortgage (we call that B lending). Having owned an Italian Deli for seven years has given me experience in what it takes to own your own business.. I understand being an entrepreneur and the challenges involved.  From there adding being a realtor to my resume has given me a strong understanding of lending in the current real estate market. 

Coming from an Italian upbringing speaking the language can be helpful. I’m a foodie for sure as I love to cook as well, who doesn’t like a delicious meal. I’m a Vancouverite born at St. Paul’s Hospital who attended Notre Dame Senior Secondary in East Vancouver.
